As an ATIO-Certified Translator, I certify my translation with a Translator's Statement, attesting the accuracy of the translation, and the ATIO stamp on each page of the translation package. The ATIO stamp is recognized and accepted across Canada for most governmental and legal purposes.
As a certified translator, I can only certify translations I have done myself. If you have your own translation or translation done by someone else, you can send it to me as reference.
The turnaround time usually depends on the length, volume and complexity of the document to be translated. For one standard-length certificate (e.g. Identification Certificate, Certificate of Marriage Relation), it would take 1 business day to prepare the final translation package. But please note that depending on my workload, it may take longer than usual.
Translation fees are usually determined by word count. However, I charge a flat rate for a standard-length certificate (e.g. Identification Certificate, Certificate of Marriage Relation) or piece of identification (e.g. Driver's Licence, Resident Registration Card). If you have a document to translate, please send a scanned copy to my email (ginabyuntrans@gmail.com). I will review it and send you a quote. Please note that I need to see the document in full in order to give you a quote.
Since a copy of the original document is included in the final translation package, make sure the scanned copy of your document is of the best quality possible (No smartphone-taken photos please).
